Boruch Kahn, President of KBS
Boruch
went to Rutgers University and
graduated with a B.A. in history. Boruch went to Ohr Samayach and Chaim
Berlin Yeshivah. He and his family moved to Bensalem in the summer of
2001. Boruch currently works in the Kosher Experience at Shoprite in
Lawrenceville, New Jersey as the manager of the kosher meat department. |

Steve Kane, Vice Pesident of KBS
One of the
original founders, Steve has served as Gabbai, Treasurer, Secretary,
Vice President and many other positions since arriving in Bensalem from
Israel. Steve's academic training is in biology & microbiology and after
14 years in industry, currently works for the Food and Drug
Administration in Philadelphia. |

Dr. Mel Twersky, Gabbai of KBS
Born in Brooklyn, NY , Dr. Mel Twersky is a graduate of Yeshiva
University and PCOM. Mel practices family medicine in Philadelphia and
is on staff at Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. As the shul
Gabbai, Mel always manages to make everyone feel comfortable and
welcome to our community. |

Rabbi Eli Rand,
Eli Rand was born and raised in Toronto. He is the fifth of ten children, and learned in Yeshivas Ner Yisroel of Toronto. From there Eli went to Mesivta Keser Torah in Belmar for 3 years, and to Israel for another two years of study. Since 2006 Eli has been studying in Beth Medrash Gavoha in Lakewood, N.J. In 2007 he married his wife, Shevy Weinreich, who is a speech therapist. Eli continued learning in BMG until now. Shevy and Eli are blessed with two children, a daughter Leah who's 2 years old and a son Chaim who's 11 months old. |
